Got up and had a coffee on the beach then I had cereal and i popped to the shop I went to do the crop and then took a walk round the campfire nothing much happening their. So got hungry had early lunch at 11am i had a ham dairy Lee and crisp sandwich as well as a banana and a chocolate éclair. Was nice thinking about doing some viola not sure yet. My brain is like a sive at the momment. Have to check with my Dr. So all in all a quiet morning.
So busy day.
